Job Description
ABOUT BABYBOO
BABYBOO is a rapidly scaling Australian fashion eCommerce brand, shipping statement pieces around the world. We exist to empower women to look and feel incredible for their most special moments, from first click to final wear.
We move fast, back our ideas with data and are obsessed with our customer. With a strong foothold in Australia, the USA, UK and Europe, we're building a global brand with a loyal, hype-driven community at the core.
THE ROLE
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you'll own inventory accuracy and returns across our 3PL warehouse network in Australia and the US. You'll be the warehouses' first call when stock or returns go off track, dig into the data to find out why, and bring clear, evidence-backed fixes to our Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager. You'll report to our Senior Operations Manager and work closely with Product, Production, Data & Strategy and our 3PL partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep stock accurate across every warehouse: investigate discrepancies, track accuracy and shrink, and fix recurring issues at the root
- Own the returns process from receipt to final disposition (resaleable, recycled/donation or disposal), with a clear SOP for each 3PL
- Track processing times, back-to-stock and damaged-return rates, and drive action on delays
- Turn return data into insight for our Product team on sizing, quality and product descriptions, and update the returns SOP ahead of each new collection
- Build the inventory, returns and SLA reporting behind our quarterly 3PL reviews
- Support peak trading, Chinese New Year readiness and our EU/UK expansion planning
- Spot opportunities to automate manual reporting and use AI tools, so more of your time goes into insight than data prep
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in supply chain, inventory or returns/reverse logistics, ideally in fashion or ecommerce
- A track record of owning a process end to end, not just running tasks within one
- Confidence analysing data and turning it into a case for change
- Detailed Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS)
- Experience partnering across teams and with 3PLs
- WMS or inventory system experience (a bonus)
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT BABYBOO
- Real impact: this role has a direct line to our customer, our community and our revenue
- Growth: we're on a serious upward trajectory, with room to grow your remit as we scale globally
- Perks: birthday annual leave, parental leave, MasterClass subscription, the BABYBOO Thrive Program, 40% staff discount and a clothing allowance for three events each year
- Hybrid work: collaboration in the office and deep work at home
