You'll work across departments and collaborate with teams across Europe, gaining exposure to different areas of the business such as logistics, manufacturing, planning, and finance. Along the way, you'll broaden your perspective and gain valuable experience in an international environment.

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Collaboration with experts from different functions and countries
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and advanced planning systems

What you'll be doing

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll join a small team that works closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvement projects across our European operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs
  • Support and lead strategic improvement projects
  • Explore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation
  • Build expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems
  • Ensure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the business

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges.

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Enjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
  • Have strong analytical and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders
  • Show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
  • Speak fluent English
  • Have experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement)

Most importantly, you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Join our team

If you're looking for a role where you'll gain real responsibility, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects across Europe, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send your application to HR-Belgium@sonoco.com and include:
