The Supply Chain Specialist performs an array of activities including but not limited to placing of purchase orders with vendors, execution of inter-clinic transfers orders, and ensuring system integrity and data accuracy. This is a unique opportunity offering high growth potential and broad exposure to company purchasing functions.

Location & Schedule:

This position will be remote; Candidates located in PST time zone preferred. Ability to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays to meet business needs may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Supply Chain Manager and clinic management with management and coordination of all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product and service demand
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory and filing systems and or databases
  • Partners with clinic management to ensure timely and accurate execution of inter-clinic transfer orders
  • Analyze product usage and adjust inventory levels as appropriate to optimize inventory levels
  • Independently make decisions and take action regarding supply shortages, keeping management informed and make recommendations based upon analysis of information
  • Manage existing vendor relations which includes securing quotes, obtaining timelines and maintaining communications to ensure a smooth process
  • Review, process, and analyze purchase orders and change orders
  • Research invoices and purchase order issues and liaise with accounting and vendors to reconcile discrepancies
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager to locate new vendors and establish strong working relationships
  • Prepare and provide internal data/reporting including but not limited to inventory, purchase orders and reconciliations
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager in development of departmental policies and procedures
  • Assist leadership in managing various inventory control projects
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field of study preferred
  • 2-4+ years of experience in in procurement, warehousing, distribution, logistics, inventory systems, forecasting and planning or other related field
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage and balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving ability, challenging the status quo for continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and demonstrated ability collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook); excellent command of spreadsheets
  • Zenoti experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team

    Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequently use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000
