The Molykote business is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support its business. This role reports to Global Supply Chain Manager, and has ownership to execute distribution requirement plan for maintaining inventory health and customer service level in designated warehouse. The execution mostly focuses on internal transfer order placement, importing processing. In this role, you will proactively engage into back order resolution and supply allocation together with Order Coordinator, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service. Also this position will execute planning and replenishment of Contract mfg.

Main responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment and Inventory Control

· Manage the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by warehouse as determined by Supply Planner, to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory

· Apply internal transfer price and maintain in system

· Release STO/PO according to supply plan and customer order, with correct qty, transfer price and delivery model

· Closely communicate with shipping side and logistic vendor to update STO delivery schedule, re-run ATP in timely manner and keep customer service be informed for any customer order delivery schedule change

· Utilize designated communication channel to escalate urgent STO or operation abnormalities to shipping side

· Work with forwarder/warehouse to process customs clearance and goods receipt upon material arrival

· Provide resolution for ATP issues in designated warehouse.

· Accountable for inventory accuracy of the warehouses and lead annual stock taking

· Coordinate Non-Productivity Inventory review in designated warehouse with Business Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service

· Manage local tollers to meet order fulfillment requirements.

Business Processes

· Monitor forwarder and Warehouse performance, feedback business needs to Logistic Specialist

· Highlight gaps in master data for the distribution/deployment network and notify Supply Planner

· Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action on following KPI: DTR, DTP (shared with other roles), inventory level including total inventory, subnormal and slow moving inventory

Controls and Compliance

· Understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to inventory management, internal order management and import control

· Provide timely responses for all control & audit requests.

· Work with relevant function to apply required import license and registration, ensure FSOP execution. Review and track import quantity and value against license

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

· SAP R/3 or other ERP system experience preferred

· Previous experience with the Supply Chain or Sales & Revenue process preferred

· Import experience beneficial which would include sourcing & logistics and import/export regulatory knowledge.

· Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office proficiency required (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint);

· Fluent in English.
