SAP Logistics Execution Senior Solutions Lead

Ensures solution enhancements are successfully adopted by monitoring system effectiveness, defining governance rules, and coaching SMEs. The SC Solutions Sr. Lead plays a vital role in the design and optimization of the SAP Logistic Execution (LE) module, ensuring alignment with logistics processes across the organization. This role serves as the primary support on LE, collaborating across business and SAP IT functions to drive seamless integration and continuous improvement across region and global operations. By maintaining comprehensive system knowledge and documentation, it enables consistent operational continuity, informed decision-making, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

What is your role?

As a SAP Logistics Execution Senior Solutions Lead, you will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP LE, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, optimize, and support logistics solutions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient logistics operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and enabling successful adoption of system enhancements across the organization.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Analyze business logistics requirements and translate them into effective SAP LE solutions and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and FICO teams to support cross-functional projects and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that optimize logistics operations from goods receipt through final customer delivery.
  • Maintain system documentation, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on system governance, usability, and continuous improvement.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing SAP Logistics Execution (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
  • Strong expertise in SAP LE processes, system enhancements, integration, and governance models.
  • Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives within supply chain and logistics environments.
  • Experience working in regional or global supply chain organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
