PANDAC Supply Chain Supervisor

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $68,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, education, skills, and relevant experience.

The PANDAC Supply Chain Supervisor oversees inventory management, replenishment, and daily supply chain operations within assigned healthcare facilities. This role leads on-site teammates, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory counts, replenishment, PAR levels, and inventory accuracy.

  • Monitor inventory usage and identify opportunities to reduce waste, excess, and expired products.

  • Maintain organized and accurate stocking locations and inventory records.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for hospital leadership, nursing staff, and other clinical stakeholders.

  • Resolve inventory discrepancies, product requests, returns, and stock issues.

  • Supervise, coach, train, and support PANDAC teammates.

  • Coordinate staffing, daily assignments, and operational coverage.

  • Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process and service improvements.

  • Support customer meetings, reporting, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, and healthcare facility requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital supply chain, or materials management.

  • Experience with inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations in an acute care setting preferred.

  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and transport inventory throughout healthcare facilities.
