Job title:
Senior Project Manager – Regional Supply Chain Transformation driving end-to-end optimization and cross-market performance improvement.

Your role:

  • Leads and drives regional supply chain transformation programs, focusing on end-to-end optimization across markets, channels, and logistics networks. Ensures effective prioritization and governance of project investments, aligning initiatives with regional ISC performance targets, cost efficiency objectives, and strategic transformation roadmaps. Promotes a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate value realization across countries.
  • Drives alignment with key regional and market stakeholders (e.g., planning, logistics, commercial, and finance), leveraging advanced planning and analytics tools to define program objectives and secure buy-in. Actively manages scope, timelines, budgets, service levels, and risks to ensure consistent delivery of regional supply chain improvements.
  • Establishes clear program structures, deliverables, and interdependencies across markets and functions, ensuring transparency and alignment on execution priorities. Operates with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance discipline.
  • Monitors and challenges business cases and initiatives using data-driven insights, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact on key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service level, lead time, inventory, cost-to-serve). Supports fact-based decision-making throughout the program lifecycle using performance dashboards and analytics.
  • Coordinates cross-market initiatives and resources to standardize and scale best practices across the regional supply chain network, driving operational consistency and efficiency improvements.
  • Proactively manages program risks and dependencies, applying structured risk management approaches to anticipate issues, define mitigation actions, and escalate where needed. Provides clear and concise reporting to regional leadership and steering committees.
  • Develops and executes regional supply chain roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are aligned with broader transformation programs (e.g., network optimization, planning excellence, logistics cost reduction). Drives continuous improvement and integration across upstream and downstream supply chain processes.
  • Champions the deployment of innovative supply chain solutions, including automation, digitalization, and AI-driven use cases, to enhance visibility, optimize decision-making, and reduce structural costs across the region.
  • Leads performance governance cycles, leveraging KPIs and review mechanisms to track progress, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions across countries and functions.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, embedding governance and best practices into all regional supply chain initiatives to sustain long-term performance and audit readiness.


You're the right fit if:

  • you have min. 7 years of experience in Supply Chain and Project Management.
  • you bring strong regional supply chain project experience, including leading cross-market transformation initiatives, driving end-to-end optimization, and delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and inventory.
  • you demonstrate advanced stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, program governance, and transformation skills, supported by a relevant degree in supply chain, engineering, or business, along with a continuous improvement mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
