Supply Chain Ramp-up and Transfer Specialist

W e are looking for a Supply ChainRamp Up and Transfer Specialist who will report to the Ramp Up Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning, and be responsible for managing and moderating multidisciplinary transfer and product ramp-up projects to achieve the required milestones on time, and ensuring the ability to deliver to the customer.

About the job:

  • Develop ramp-up scenarios together with Project or NPI Managers, consider them carefully in the planning process, and monitor their execution.
  • Act on behalf of Supply Chain Management in product change projects. Define Supply Chain-related activities as part of the project requirements. And, align the implementation of product changes with various stakeholders.
  • Work out solutions with interdisciplinary teams, e.g., Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality Management, and Frontend/Backend manufacturing departments.
  • Optimize production demand and supply plan, and delivery capability of a specific product portfolio.
  • Avoid E&O risk by planning and maintaining inventory transparency
  • Implementation of allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics (CLM), the Capacity Alignment Planner, and Product Marketing.
  • Increase ramp-up and transfer efficiency by evaluating the potential for standardization and automation of processes and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned.


About you:

  • Bachelor's or university degree preferred in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain
  • Knowledge of PMO practices
  • Experience with global semiconductor manufacturing companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
