What you will do

The Supply Chain Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and support business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and the ability to manage cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline processes, improve inventory management, and drive supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operations, production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to gather insights and align supply chain strategies with business priorities.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply chain, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, service levels, and inventory management, reporting findings to senior management.

  • Risk Management: Assess supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring continuity of operations.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to balance customer demand with cost efficiency, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on end-to-end functions

  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, customer service, logistics and foreign trade.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced analytics software is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders and building relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective problem-solving capabilities.
