Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end material planning execution in alignment with production schedules, ensuring a balance between delivery commitments, cost optimization, and service level expectations.

• Manage site Clear-to-Build (CTB) processes by proactively identifying and resolving material shortages in partnership with warehouse, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to minimize production risks and ensure on-time delivery performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Customer teams to drive supply chain execution that supports operational objectives and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, system/tool enhancements, and supply chain efficiency improvements that support demand and material planning activities.

• Manage and monitor key supply chain KPIs, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and driving corrective actions to maintain target performance levels across delivery, inventory, and material availability metrics.

• Support inventory management activities through inventory analysis, discrepancy tracking, and mitigation actions to reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) exposure while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

• Maintain close communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely material availability, delivery coordination, and issue resolution across the supply chain.

• Support new account onboarding and ramp activities by driving supply chain process implementation, coordinating cross-functional readiness, and serving as a key point of contact for operational alignment and execution.

• Support loose component planning activities and co-manage the Wall-E end-to-end supply chain program in collaboration with U.S. counterparts, ensuring alignment across demand planning, material readiness, production execution, and delivery commitments
