
Supply Chain Program Manager, Hybrid Systems and Peripherals

The Supply Chain Program Manager in Hybrid Systems and Peripherals will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues in a highly dynamic environment. You will actively engage with stakeholders and be held accountable for end-to-end supply chain enablement from NPI development through the life cycle of the product. In addition to the traditional role requirements, you will contribute to the development of new ideas, methods and work on special projects to positively impact the business.
Responsibilities
Represent Supply Chain functions during NPI product development meetings and with cross-function GBU (global business units).
Own the end-to-end supply chain activities throughout product development phases, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Manage and lead multiple programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the operational development and implementation process for Hybrid Peripheral Products.
Develop and execute development of schedules, critical deliverables, supply chain network design and any other support requirements for assigned programs.
Collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to program stakeholders based on business analysis information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related disciple or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
8-10 years work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations/production planning, or program/project management across Product Lifecycle (PLC) stages
Ability to translate engineering requirements into actionable supply chain and planning decisions, while being able to evaluate supply risks and trade-offs
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to push back and drive solutions
Work effectively in a global environment, collaborating with EMEA and US teams
