Job Summary

The Supply Chain Program Manager will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting the continued growth and evolution of our distribution center network. The Program Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple supply chain workstreams, bringing together project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and updates into a comprehensive program-level view. This individual will partner closely with teams across Distribution, Transportation, Information Technology, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and other functions, as well as external partners, to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Establish effective meeting and communication cadences with workstream leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure timely information sharing and project alignment.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to gather project updates, identify challenges, and maintain accurate and timely program information rather than relying solely on passive reporting processes.

  • Partner across Distribution, Transportation, IT, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and other supply chain functions to understand how individual workstreams affect overall program objectives.
  • Identify and communicate cross-functional risks, dependencies, and impacts across the broader program.
  • Maintain organized and consistent project documentation, files, trackers, presentations, and reporting materials.
  • Develop effective presentations and communicate program status and priorities to audiences ranging from frontline associates to senior leadership.
  • Support change management efforts associated with supply chain transformation, helping stakeholders understand changes, build alignment, and move initiatives forward.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external partners and use influence, collaboration, and proactive communication to drive progress.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership by proactively establishing project structures, schedules, meetings, and communication processes needed to support successful execution.

Nature and Scope

  • Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
  • Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
  • May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

Work Environment
