Raytheon is seeking an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and people leadership to serve as a Supply Chain Product Line Leader supporting a suite of programs within the Advanced Open Integrated Solutions (AOIS) Strategic Business Unit. Candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced development and production environment and possess excellent leadership, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment are critical to success in this role.
The Supply Chain Product Line Leader will report directly to the AOIS Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Lead and will lead a team of approximately 6-8 direct-line Material Program Managers. The candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of supply chain strategies and material program plans across a diverse portfolio of classified and unclassified programs, including Development and Production Programs such as Family of Systems (FoS), ASARS, Tanglestar, and Galaxie.
The portfolio includes a broad range of advanced technology products, including radar, antennas, sensors, EO/IRS turrets, electronic units, processors, and software development. The Supply Chain Product Line Leader will serve as the primary Supply Chain representative to the Program Management Office providing leadership and direction on all supply chain-related matters across the product line.
The candidate will be accountable for developing and executing supply chain strategies, ensuring effective material and supplier management, mitigating supply chain risks, developing talent, and driving program execution throughout all phases of the product life cycle. The leader will serve as a catalyst for successful supply chain execution by ensuring appropriate resources, budgets, schedules, processes, and performance metrics are established and effectively managed.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
