  • Identify, escalate, and resolve material shortages and supply risks
  • Reduce material-driven schedule disruptions, downtime, expedites, and premium freight
  • Maintain planning parameters, lead times, and replenishment settings that support material availability

Inventory Control

  • Own inventory accuracy, inventory turns, cycle count effectiveness, and excess and obsolete inventory reduction
  • Maintain inventory governance through accurate transactions, replenishment discipline, and inventory controls
  • Support working capital objectives through effective inventory management
  • Support annual physical inventory activities and inventory reconciliation efforts
  • Assist leadership with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and system transactions accurately and on time

Process & Systems Ownership

  • Maintain ERP master data, planning parameters, and replenishment system integrity
  • Develop, maintain, and audit supply chain standard work and process controls
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material and inventory issues
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented, documented, and sustained

FEM Compliance

  • Own plant-level FEM supply chain and Kanban system compliance
  • Maintain Kanban calculations, pull systems, and required audit documentation
  • Lead FEM audit preparation and support inventory reduction initiatives

KPI Ownership

  • Material Availability to Schedule, On-Time/In-Full Material Readiness, and Material-Driven Schedule Disruptions
  • Material-Related Downtime, Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Excess & Obsolete Inventory
  • WIP Aging, Cycle Count Compliance, and Planning Parameter Accuracy
  • Corrective Action Closure Rate and FEM Supply Chain Audit Readiness
  • Drive documented root cause analysis, corrective actions, assigned ownership, and follow-up verification for all KPI gaps

WHAT YOU BRING
