Your role:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our supply chain planning transformation, leading the implementation of SAP IBP within our IT organization. You will manage the preparation and deployment of our new SAP IBP solution, significantly enhancing our supply chain planning landscape. Your experience in implementing SAP IBP across complex global environments will be invaluable as you collaborate with Business Process Experts and Key Users to align the design and implementation with business objectives. You will oversee a team of Solution experts, guiding them in the core IBP modules to ensure the functionality meets our target solutions. Your expertise in Supply Chain SAP ERP and APS functionality, particularly in the Life Sciences sector, will drive the identification of improvement areas and the development of effective solutions. You will be responsible for documenting key design decisions and maintaining accurate records of all deployment activities. Your ability to balance multiple projects and priorities will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Advanced Planning System implementation, preferably SAP APO and SAP IBP
  • Expertise in SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) and Advanced Planning Systems within the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record in managing solutions and implementations across multi-systems ERP/APS landscapes
  • Strong project management experience using change control methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel for key project stages and meetings
