QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or network optimization3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or transformation initiatives2+ years of experience serving federal, state, local government, or public higher education clientsExperience developing client deliverables using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveAbility to work onside 5 days a week in Huntsville, AlabamaMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Public PolicyExperience supporting supply chain transformation strategy, roadmap development, or implementation planningExperience with enterprise resource planning platforms, including SAP or OracleExperience with supply chain planning, transportation management, or warehouse management systemsExperience creating dashboards or analyses using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or TableauProject Management Professional certification or Lean Six Sigma certification
