Work You’ll DoAs a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain modernization initiatives across Organic Industrial Base environments.Analyze supply chain, maintenance, procurement, and enterprise resource planning data to identify operational issues, trends, and improvement opportunitiesSupport modernization efforts across government-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations, including process updates and technology-enabled transformation initiativesDevelop analyses, process documentation, dashboards, and recommendations to improve planning, inventory, procurement, and distribution performanceCoordinate with client stakeholders, functional teams, and project leadership to support delivery across concurrent workstreamsAssist in the evaluation and implementation of supply chain best practices to improve operational readiness, efficiency, and sustainabilityA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The TeamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, production planning, or distribution operations1+ years of experience using enterprise resource planning, maintenance, procurement, or supply chain data to support analysis and decision-making2+ years of experience supporting business process improvement, modernization, or transformation initiativesExperience creating process documentation, dashboards, reports, or recommendations for manufacturing, maintenance, repair, or supply chain operationActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveAbility to work onsite 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred: Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, or repair operationsExperience supporting Organic Industrial Base facilities, including arsenals or depotsExperience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning platformsExperience with Federal Acquisition Regulation acquisition processesExperience with inventory, procurement, and distribution planning in asset-intensive environments
