Main Responsibilities

First Sale for Export (FSFE) – Operational Support

  • Provide daily operational support for FSFE transactions following project go‑live, ensuring accurate posting within the APEX intercompany structure.

  • Monitor transaction flows, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with FSFE requirements, including correct tariff structures, accurate documentation, and audit readiness.

  • Respond to FSFE-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams and external vendors.

  • Maintain accurate FSFE master data and support system or configuration updates when required.

  • Track recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to enhance long‑term FSFE process stability.

APEX Intercompany Operations & Master Data Management

  • Support Intercompany Greater Asia sites with PO/SO creation and intercompany execution under the Singapore Tax Principal model.

  • Manage intercompany returns, claims, transactional exceptions, and stakeholder escalations.

  • Ensure accurate and synchronized master data setup (material, customer, vendor) across planning and production systems to enable smooth intercompany flows.

  • Resolve transaction discrepancies through root cause analysis and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

  • Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and job aids to ensure consistent and compliant operations.

Continuous Improvements:

  • Assess process gaps and improve operational efficiency and work accuracy.

  • Standardize and simplify transactional tasks to reduce complexity and improve scalability.

  • Maintain updated process maps and ensure job aids are clear, current, and aligned with best practices.

Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics:

  • Accountable for achieving monthly APEX Key Performance Indicators: Order Accuracy, Claims processing time, IBD IDOC error processing.

  • Monitors performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions as required.

Preferred Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Economics or any other related fields

  • 1-2 years working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, Macro, analytical skills and meticulous with numbers

  • Business and customer oriented and a good team player

  • Self-starter, responsible and ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams

  • Good command of written and verbal English language

  • SAP knowledge
