improvement roadmap every region runs from
- Standardize weekly execution across all plants and product lines so planning is
disciplined, consistent, and fast
- Connect Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance, defining who decides
what, how issues escalate, and who is accountable
- Build the toolkit: templates, tools, dashboards and best practices that make
strong execution repeatable
- Develop people, deliver training, create documentation, and raise S&OE
capability across the business
- Anchor the AMER region as the hands-on S&OE point of contact

execution health at a glance
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure S&OE integrates cleanly with the
SIOP / IBP and IMAX processes
