Job Description

We Are Kemin

We are visionaries who see things differently and are inspired by the world around us. We have been dedicated to using applied science to improve the quality of life for over half a century. Committed to feed and food safety, Kemin maintains top-of-the-line manufacturing facilities where over 500 specialty ingredients are made for humans and animals in the global feed and food industries, as well as the health, nutrition, and textile markets. We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.

A privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Africa and the United States.

We are looking for a strong Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead and stabilize our integrated planning function across demand, supply, production, and inventory.

You will lead the planning team, create one trusted plan across the business, and work closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial teams to turn demand into realistic and executable supply and production plans.

  • Strong planning decision-making across demand, supply, inventory, and execution
  • Integrating people, data, and decisions into one clear operating plan
  • Using ERP and planning tools with discipline and practicality
  • Building a capable team and reducing dependency on individual heroics

This is a high-impact role at the center of business execution. You will help create planning credibility, improve alignment across functions, and build a more resilient planning operating model for the business.

If you are a planner who combines sound decision-making, operational realism, and leadership maturity — and you know that advanced tools only work after the basics are under control — we would like to hear from you.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial teams to resolve supply and service issues
  • Strengthen planning discipline, master data usage, and ERP transaction consistency
  • Lead, coach, and develop the planning team, including the Assistant Planning Manager and Production Planners
