Take full ownership of the business planning rhythm, ensuring supply, demand, and operational capacity stay aligned as conditions change
Guide senior stakeholders through planning trade-offs, turning complex supply and demand signals into clear, actionable decisions
Elevate performance across critical planning metrics such as forecast reliability, inventory efficiency, fulfillment performance, and supply stability
Drive execution through SAP by converting demand inputs into realistic production and material plans that can be delivered on time
Connect commercial expectations with operational constraints, ensuring plans reflect real-world capabilities and limitations
Proactively surface risks across the supply network and implement corrective actions before they impact service or cost
Leverage data, modeling, and reporting tools to shape planning direction and influence leadership decisions
What we're looking for...
Experience leading a full business planning cycle, with direct responsibility for how demand and supply come together in practice
Evidence of improving planning outcomes, including measurable gains in forecast performance, inventory health, and delivery reliability
Background managing planners and stepping into leadership conversations that influence cross-functional direction
Strong working capability within SAP, using it as a core planning tool to manage MRP, material flow, and execution decisions rather than just reporting
Clear understanding of how data structures inside ERP systems impact planning results, including the role of materials, product structures, and planning inputs
Experience working in environments where accuracy, traceability, and compliance matter to how the business operates
Ability to turn data into action through forecasting, scenario evaluation, and performance reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are valued
Compensation: $120-135K base + 10% bonus
