Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring cost-effective logistics and alignment with manufacturing operations for heavy equipment production.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate long-term contracts to optimize product value chains and reduce costs.
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks, continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations for sourcing, import, and export operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to align production needs with supply chain activities and optimize workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison with headquarter, driving communication and ensuring integration of global supply chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, cost structures, and trade regulations.
• have 3-5 years experience in the same field.
• Expertise in supply chain design, strategic sourcing, and logistics optimization for domestic and international markets, particularly in heavy manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
