Accountabilities:

• Analyze supply chain planning data to identify trends, patterns, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate recurring reports on key performance indicators and provide clear, data-driven insights to support operational and planning decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure stock availability remains aligned with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Initiate purchase requisition requests, expedite delayed purchase orders, and follow up with vendors regarding past-due commitments and promise dates.
• Manage assigned vendors and ensure required reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, product lifecycle management, logistics, and vendor teams to maintain efficient and cost-effective inventory flows.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement practical solutions.
• Improve supply chain visibility through tracking, monitoring, reporting, and technology-enabled workflows.
• Partner with technology teams to leverage systems and tools that provide more timely and accurate visibility into supply chain activities.
• Define, monitor, and maintain performance metrics and dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of supply chain performance.
• Conduct root cause analyses for planning disruptions, inventory issues, workflow inefficiencies, and other operational challenges.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues and improve planning reliability.
• Manage workflows and stakeholder requests through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution.
• Support cross-functional projects through timeline and milestone management, risk identification, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain clear end-to-end documentation and meeting records, ensuring business requirements, decisions, and action items are accurately captured.
• Identify patterns and trends using historical and operational data to support continuous improvement across supply chain workflows.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, supply chain analytics, or a closely related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management fundamentals, planning processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with root cause analysis, trend identification, historical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, data analysis, and presentation-quality reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP, supply chain planning, procurement, or material demand management platforms such as SAP, I-Valua, ProcureAnt, o9, or comparable systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics is preferred.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization tools and software is beneficial.
• Experience managing workflows and client or stakeholder requests through ticketing systems such as Buganizer, GUTS, or comparable platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management principles, including cross-functional coordination, timeline and milestone management, risk management, and delivery against tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operations, procurement, planning, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand business context, document processes accurately, and capture meaningful meeting notes and action items.
• Goal-oriented, responsible, coachable, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
• Collaborative team player who is willing to learn, share knowledge, and contribute best practices.
• Ability to recognize patterns and trends in supply chain workflows and understand how activities across different operational pillars affect the broader supply chain.
