Supply Chain Planner (Demand, Supply & Transport)

Location: Portugal

Salary: €22,000 - €25,000 gross/year

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and transportation activities across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product availability while balancing customer service, inventory levels, transportation efficiency, and working capital objectives.

Working closely with Commercial, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams, this position contributes to the effective execution of planning processes and supports continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans.
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and obsolescence risks.
Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Manage and support import/export activities, including customs documentation.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and operational constraints.
Ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory availability, and logistics execution.
Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning reviews.
Support regional procurement and supplier-related activities when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems.
Experience working in international and multi-site environments is considered an advantage.
