Job Description

Supply Chain Planner

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will help ensure a stable flow of materials that supports manufacturing operations in a growing production environment. Working across production, logistics, and warehousing, you will create transparency through data, systems, and planning processes that enable efficient decision-making and operational performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence how supply chain processes are built and improved as additional manufacturing capacity is established. Your ability to create structure, solve challenges, and collaborate across functions will directly support reliable operations and future growth.

What you'll bring

You are motivated by working with supply chain processes, systems, and stakeholders to deliver reliable results in a dynamic production environment. You combine analytical thinking with a structured approach and enjoy turning data into actionable insights.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Planning, Materials Management, or a related field
  • Have experience working with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
  • Possess strong system understanding and are comfortable working with ERP-driven processes
  • Enjoy working with data, reporting, inventory management, and process optimisation
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can navigate complex operational challenges
  • Communicate effectively in English and collaborate successfully across multiple stakeholder groups

It will be considered an advantage if you have experience with PAS-X, 800xA, or similar manufacturing systems. Danish language skills, or a willingness to learn Danish, will also be viewed positively.

What you'll do

As our new Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain activities and enabling efficient production operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting supply planning activities and helping optimise production capacity utilisation
  • Ensuring the flow of raw materials aligns with production demand and inventory policies
  • Monitoring and reporting inventory levels, material status, and supply chain performance
  • Supporting forecasting, planning, and inventory management activities
  • Maintaining high-quality master data and ensuring accuracy across systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues across production, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain functions while contributing to process improvements and new ways of working

Who you'll work with

You will join API Manufacturing II (M2), where fermentation, recovery, and purification processes are carried out as part of manufacturing operations. Within M2, you will become part of Recovery, where active pharmaceutical ingredients are processed and supplied to downstream purification activities.

The role sits within a newly established cross-functional support team responsible for supply chain management, warehousing, reporting, and product release. The team currently supports one production line and will play an important role as additional manufacturing capacity is introduced in the coming years.

You will work closely with stakeholders across production, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management. Success in the role will come from building strong relationships, creating transparency through data, and supporting the development of scalable processes that can support continued growth.

What you can expect here

This is an opportunity to join an area experiencing significant expansion and transformation. You will be part of a team that is helping shape future ways of working while supporting critical manufacturing activities. The environment offers the chance to contribute, learn, and develop professionally while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative setting.

You can expect a role with a high degree of responsibility, strong stakeholder interaction, and opportunities to influence how processes, systems, and reporting structures are developed as the organisation grows.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
