This individual will engage in our Integrated Production, Capacity planning and Inventory Planning process, working closely with the E2E (End-to-End) customer service, planning, and execution teams. In addition, the Integrated Supply Chain Planner will support the various Operations teams to take ownership of their planning tasks. This role will be heavily involved in the launch of our strategic network initiative for E2E (End to End) Supply Chain Transformation.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support transition of production and inventory planning model from Excel based to a sustainable and scalable software tool
  • Carry out the tactical planning process which links the planning and execution teams
  • Liaise with commercial and operational teams to gather the sales forecast and resources required to generate an inventory replenishment plan
  • Understand capacity as well as other supply chain constraints to build executable monthly production plans
  • Use technology to facilitate the movement of orders and inventory flow to create an efficient plan for the network as well as achieve working capital targets
  • Track KPI metrics and analyze trends to identify discrepancies and improve the planning model
  • Monitor supply chain and financial metrics to optimize the costs and customer requirements
  • Participate in making process improvements and solving operational challenges
  • Maintain positive, professional, and timely communications, within various internal contacts
  • Develop analysis and presentations for leadership that contain insightful and actionable intelligence
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience preferred
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • Must have the ability to integrate information and data from a variety of sources to develop an optimized work plan
  • Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Self-Directed & demonstrates the ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues
  • Clear communicator, ability to interact across functions and levels in a global organization
  • High analytical ability and advanced Excel reporting skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP); SAP a plus

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$70,000+ bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
