Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing supply management of goods and services while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves managing supplier relationships, on time deliveries, and purchase order management to ensure on time deliveries in supply chain.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure Material Availability & Supply Chain Optimization
    • Release of PO to supplier on time and follow up on the supplier delivery commitments.
    • Ensure follow up on supplier commitment and escalate to next level if challenges faced in supply chain.
    • Data integrity and supply data management is well maintained.
    • Review Demand and Supply reports to ensure clear to build available at all time.
    • Manages changes in company’s requirements and supplier delivery commitments with clear purchase order updates.
    • Support Supply chain manager in related activities with purchasing whenever needed

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools preferably in D365 Microsoft environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
