Vorbereitung und Moderation der Gespräche im Rahmen des S&OP Prozesses
Erstellung und Überführung der Absatzpläne in Produktionsgrobpläne (SNP-Planung) und in die Produktionsfeinplanung
Verantwortung der Auslaufplanung und -steuerung
Identifizierung und Monitoring von Material- und Kapazitätsengpässen sowie von Fertigwarenbeständen inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Forecast Recommendation als Grundlage zur Verbesserung der Planungsqualität
Das überzeugt uns
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management sowie Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich S&OP-Planung und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialwirtschaft (mit SAP ERP/S/4 HANA) und in der Supply Chain Planung (z.B. mit SAP APO)
Erfahrener Umgang mit MS Excel, PowerPoint sowie BI-Dashboard-Anwendungen, wie z.B. MS Power BI oder SAC
