Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field of study required

Work Experiences:

  • 7+ years of experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Retail, Distribution, and Consulting Environments, with increasing scope and complexity
  • Experience in retail supply chain environment preferred
  • Experience in a consulting organization preferred

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; project management and relationship building capabilities
  • Proven success optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, improving cost, service, capacity, and flow across planning, fulfillment, transportation, and distribution
  • Demonstrated ownership of cross functional initiatives, including large scale operational improvements and technology enabled transformations
  • Strong track record of developing actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in cost efficiency, network flow, capacity utilization, and customer service
  • Expertise in translating complex data and analyses into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership and operational teams
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, including WMS, YMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and forecasting/planning tools, AI platforms
  • Advanced analytical and visualization capabilities, leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to support data driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve cost, service and throughput across the full supply chain- from vendor to customer
  • Lead root-cause analyses and develop actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance
  • Optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies balancing cost and service
  • Manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment with various vendors and merchants by anticipating business needs
  • Enhance supplier performance and relationships through data driven collaboration and continuous improvement efforts such as OTIF (On Time and In Full), Prepaid vs. Collect
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for vendors; facilitating monthly business reviews focused on operational performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative value creation
  • Partner with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Transportation, Sourcing, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Supply Chain Strategies
  • Influence key stakeholders (Internal and External) at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and improvements
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership through presentations
  • Develop long range supply chain strategies aligned to business growth objectives
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate inventory flows, capacity, transportation performance, and long range planning scenarios.
  • Build models and tools that support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic supply chain design
  • Partner with Merchandising, Transportation, Distribution, and Store Operations to align on planning assumptions and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external partners to evaluate and implement new tools, automation, and digital capabilities
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and support testing, rollout, and adoption of new systems
  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies to standardize processes and elevate operational excellence
  • Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to cost, service, efficiency, and inventory performance through operational scorecards
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured problem solving and change management
