Job Description

Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm

Location: 390 Air Tech Pkwy in Plainfield

Facilitates inbound delivery inspections to ensure meticulous attention to detail. Loads and unloads semi trailer and box truck deliveries refusing any damaged or unidentifiable shipments. Reports any suspicious packages to Inventory Control upon discovery. Ensures inbound deliveries match company purchase orders. Verifies product origination location to ensure accreditation requirements are met. Effectively utilizes the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive, putaway, and pick product validating item, location and quantity. Troubleshoots discrepancies and reports unresolved issues to leadership. Operates robotic goods to person picking and conveyor automation in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures orders are filled timely and accurately. Inspects products for damage, expiration, and proper packaging. Performs cycle counts and physical inventories in an accurate and efficient manner. Reports maintenance concerns in a timely manner. May handle documents that are highly confidential. Responsible for record retrieval and storage. Ensures cleanliness is constantly maintained. Facilitates stocking replenishment activity and reports any discrepancies. Operates material handling equipment including but not limited to motorized reach trucks, order pickers and walkie riders. Some assignments may require light mechanical troubleshooting or PM to conveyor and robotics systems. Must be certified on multiple pieces of equipment.

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of Forklift experience (including experience on a reach truck and pallet jack)
  • Picking experience


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires Material Handling Certification.
  • Must be proficient in National Association of Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
  • Requires standing 100% of the time and up to 90% spent walking.
  • Requires long periods of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist: lift up to 20 pounds from waist to head.
  • Requires the ability to push or pull pallets utilizing manual pallet jacks weighing in excess of 800 pounds.
  • Requires mandatory overtime on heavy days.
  • May require on-call rotation, weekend coverage, and operating a company vehicle.
