
A portion of the duties are performed outside and may involve extensive physical activity such as: bending, climbing stairs, ladders and reaching above shoulder level. The employee must have the physical dexterity to operate equipment, i.e., motorized vehicles, circular saw, radial arm saw, battery powered drill and pallet jack. Requires on the job training.
Employee must be able to be certified to operate a tractor trailer and forklift. Employee will be responsible for completion of assignments in a safe manner ensuring quality and timeliness. Assignments will include loading/unloading of finished goods, raw material receipts and deliveries, general storeroom inventory control, new and used pack receipts and plant laundry. Employee must be able to lift 55 lbs. and manuver/dolly up to 220 lbs. Employee will also be required to work independently and within a team. Work the required shifts and overtime to support plant operations.
