We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities across a rapidly growing e-commerce business operating throughout Latin America. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence by overseeing forecasting, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Accountabilities
- Oversee the complete supply chain lifecycle, including demand forecasting, purchasing, production coordination, inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory planning and forecasting processes to maintain optimal stock levels and support business growth.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners, ensuring strong performance and reliable service delivery.
- Coordinate production schedules, shipment planning, and inventory movement across multiple markets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support expansion initiatives by contributing to international logistics planning and operational readiness for new regions.
- Monitor purchasing activities, inventory performance metrics, and cash flow considerations to optimize operational outcomes.
- Establish scalable systems, standard operating procedures, and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility and operational control.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environment.
- Proven expertise in inventory forecasting, demand planning, purchasing, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including familiarity with Shopify and third-party logistics (3PL) ecosystems.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and managing international logistics and transportation networks.
- Knowledge of multi-market operations and cross-border supply chain challenges, particularly within European markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external partners.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.
