Job Description

Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and operational excellence to ensure uninterrupted supply, cost efficiency, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. Drive operational excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization. Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, SAP implementation, and network optimization. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements. Lead capacity planning and support expansion projects and packaging line implementation. Manage supplier and 3PL performance. Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives. Lead and develop supply chain teams and foster high-performance culture. Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. SAP/ERP experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including mastering Power BI, Excel and Microsoft programs.
