All about the role:
We work in a hybrid set up that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.
The Supply Chain Expert will own the supply chain reporting and analytics, including developing Power BI/SAP dashboards, monitoring performance, and delivering actionable insights. S/he will support data-driven decision-making by providing regular and ad-hoc analyses, identifying performance deviations, and recommending improvements.
What you’ll do:
Manage and execute all reporting activities within the OEM Supply Chain function
Develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP Analytics tools
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support cross-functional departments
Proactively monitor supply chain performance and recommend new reporting solutions and dashboards to enhance visibility
Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights
Continuously identify performance deviations and inefficiencies within the supply chain
Propose corrective actions and improvement initiatives based on data analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
Support in introducing new key performance indicators
Who are you:
College BCS or University MSC degree
Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain
Experience in using Power Bi, SQL, SAP
MS Office knowledge is a must with a special focus on MS Excel
Good communication skills and proactive approach
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Result-driven approach
Fluent English
