Develop a strong understanding of each wholesale account’s operational requirements, including order windows, portal requirements, shipping expectations, cancellation risk points, routing needs, and account-specific requirements.
Research and investigate root causes of operational issues and support implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support DC visibility into order flow, performance, and operational risks.
Support cross-functional efforts to improve inventory visibility and system alignment, identifying discrepancies and supporting solutions to optimize order fulfillment.
Support day-to-day order management activities, including order validation, status tracking, and issue resolution to ensure accurate and timely execution.
