
A global advanced manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Network Manager to support a complex, international supply chain across engineered and core products.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across operations, commercial teams and senior leadership, suited to someone who is confident taking ownership, identifying improvement areas quickly, and driving change across a multi-site manufacturing network.

Supply Chain Network Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead short-, mid- and long-term supply chain planning across a multi-site manufacturing network.
Optimise inventory, material flow and replenishment strategies using data and analytics.
Partner closely with operations, materials and commercial teams to balance supply and demand
Drive >95% on-time despatch performance.
Lead and drive S&OP / planning discussions, providing clear recommendations to support decision-making.
Take ownership of planning challenges across the network, identifying gaps and implementing improvements with minimal oversight.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects aligned to long-term growth plans.
Quickly build an understanding of the network and deliver measurable improvements across planning, inventory and service performance.
Support the rollout and alignment of quality and best-practice supply chain processes
Travel
initial phase: 1 week per month for the first 6 months, primarily to North AfricA.
Ongoing: Reduced travel, typically around 25% across EMEA
Supply Chain Network Manager
What we’re looking for
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Engineering, Finance or similar.
Strong supply chain planning experience within a manufacturing environment.
Confident working with ERP systems and large data sets.
Confident working independently and influencing stakeholders across operations and leadership teams.
Comfortable working in a matrix, multi-site organisation.
Background exposure to structured quality or regulated manufacturing environments is beneficial.
APICS or equivalent certification is a plus.
