Your Key Responsibilities

1. Document Preparation & Correspondence

• Draft clear, concise, and professional documents (reports, memos, letters, presentations, etc.)
• Manage superior’s correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on internal and external communications.

1. Internal & External Coordination

• Act as the key liaison between superior and internal teams, facilitating smooth cross-departmental collaboration and promptly resolving coordination challenges.

1. Meeting & Event Management

• Efficiently manage the superior’s schedule appointments. Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and events for superior, including agenda setting, logistics, and participant coordination.
• Accurately record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-through to completion.

1. Performance management for supply chain

• Ensure that the Greater China supply chain for Industrial business is developed based on operational requirements via KPI Monitoring.
• Deep dive on performance indicator and track the critical improvements in process and systems are prioritized and implemented, that Supply Chain performance KPIs are in line with targets, and that operational issues and risks are identified and resolved effectively.

• 管理上级的信函，确保内部和外部沟通的及时且准确的跟进。

1. 内部与外部协调

• 作为上级与内部团队之间的关键联络人，促进跨部门的顺畅协作，及时解决协调难题。

1. 会议与活动管理

• 高效管理上司的预约安排。 为上级策划并执行会议、研讨会和活动，包括议程设置、后勤和参与者协调。
• 准确记录会议记录，跟踪行动事项，确保完成。

1. 供应链绩效管理

• 确保大中华地区工业企业供应链基于运营需求通过KPI监控发展。
• 深入分析绩效指标，跟踪流程和系统的三项关键改进，确保供应链绩效KPI符合目标，并有效识别和解决运营问题和风险。

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain management assistant or professional, or in a similar role, within large multinational enterprises, especially those with experience in German companies preferred.
• Proven project management experience with a track record of handling operational projects efficiently.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional logical thinking and critical reasoning abilities, good at independent analysis and problem solving.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for international communication; basic proficiency in German is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Highly proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• 具备供应链管理、工业工程、工商管理或工业工程相关领域的学士学位及以上。
• 具备至少2年供应链管理助理或专业人士或类似职位经验，且在大型跨国企业中，尤其是有德国公司经验者优先考虑。
• 拥有经过验证的项目管理经验，并有高效处理运营项目的记录。
• 具备良好的人际交往能力，有效管理多元利益相关者。
• 卓越的逻辑思维和批判性推理能力，擅长独立分析和解决问题。
• 英语流利（听、说、读、写）以进行国际交流；具备德语基础能力是加分项。
• 具备MS Office套件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）及其他办公工具的高级熟练度。
• 具备强大的组织能力，具备多任务处理、优先排序和在压力下工作的能力。
• 高度主动、负责任，能够在最小监督下独立工作。
