
Establish, monitor, and continuously adjust min/max inventory levels based on historical usage, seasonal trends, and supplier lead times
Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability of critical spares
Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with dead stock and slow-moving inventory
Define and maintain optimal stock buffers to balance availability and cost efficiency
Develop and execute strategies to improve overall inventory health and turnover
Establish and optimize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support efficient ordering, tracking, and fulfillment processes
Leverage WMS capabilities to automate replenishment triggers and streamline inventory workflows
Ensure data accuracy and system alignment across inventory, procurement, and fulfillment functions
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure material readiness for scheduled builds, eliminating stock-out delays
Manage the kitting process to ensure complete and accurate material packages are delivered to the shop floor on time
Analyze root causes of shipping delays and implement corrective actions to improve OTD and OTS performance
Proactively identify risks to production timelines and take preventative actions to maintain continuity
Collaborate with procurement and Network Investments teams to manage vendor lead times and ensure supplier reliability
Monitor supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans, including safety stock adjustments and alternative sourcing strategies
Evaluate supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness) to ensure alignment with operational requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
Salary Range
$66,120.00 - $104,400.00 USD (Salary)
