Are you an organizational talent with strong analytical skills? As a Supply Chain & Material Coordinator, you play a key role in our logistics process. You ensure the optimal availability of materials, an efficient flow of goods, and accurate administrative processing. Thanks to your efforts, our production operations run smoothly every day.
(0.5 FTE | 20 Hours per Week)

Your Responsibilities

In this diverse position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing material and production flows. You will monitor inventory levels, process transactions in SAP, and maintain contact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Planning & Flow Management

  • Coordinate the entire material and production flow.
  • Ensure the seamless handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Perform demand forecasting for raw materials and supplies.

Inventory Management & Administration

  • Record daily production volumes.
  • Process incoming and outgoing product flows in SAP.
  • Manage inventories at the site and external storage locations, including physical inventory checks.
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory and production performance.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have strong analytical and numerical skills and experience with inventory management and logistics processes. You work accurately, are results-oriented, and take ownership of ensuring correct administrative processing. In addition, you are communicative, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure, allowing you to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • MBO level of education and thinking ability, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and production administration.
  • Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system (required).
  • Knowledge of production processes in an industrial or chemical environment is considered an advantage.
