🚨 We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager
📍 Location: Hyderabad India - Hybrid

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive end-to-end supply chain transformation by translating business needs into data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, partnering with global supply chain and business leaders to design, develop, and scale high-impact solutions that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and value realization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and advanced analytics/AI teams, shaping the roadmap, building scalable solutions, and driving enterprise-wide adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the global supply chain intelligence and AI strategy, aligned with business priorities and growth objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership (Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations) to identify value creation opportunities
  • Drive a transformation roadmap focused on digital, AI, and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Establish governance, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics for AI and insights initiatives

2. Business Insights Translation

  • Translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable analytics and AI solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring insights drive tangible outcomes (cost, service, working capital)
  • Lead the design of decision-support frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models
  • Enable a shift from reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making

3. AI & Digital Solution awareness

  • Drive the development and deployment of AI/ML use cases alongside preferred vendors (forecasting, inventory
  • optimization, OTIF improvement, etc.)
  • Partner with data science and technology teams to build scalable, reusable solutions and platforms
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: ideation → prototyping → deployment → adoption → value tracking
  • Promote automation and intelligent workflows across supply chain processes

4. Value Realization & Impact

  • Own and track business impact (cost savings, service improvements, inventory reduction, productivity gains)
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with measurable KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, backorders, and cost-to-serve
  • Drive adoption across regions and functions, ensuring sustained value delivery

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management

  • Work closely with global, regional, and site teams to embed solutions into day-to-day operations
  • Lead change management efforts to drive digital adoption and capability building
  • Act as a connector across functions—supply chain, IT, analytics, and business teams
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team across analytics, strategy, and solution development

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–18+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Digital Transformation roles
  • Strong domain expertise across planning, order fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and procurement
  • Expertise in Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI
  • Proven experience in AI/ML-driven initiatives and advanced analytics solutions
  • Track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs with measurable business impact
  • Experience working in GBS / Global operating models is a strong advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
