About the Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Macquarie Park (hybrid). As Supply Chain Manager – Food Service & Convenience (FS&C), you will own the supply chain strategy for one of Australia's most complex wholesale distribution environments — serving QSR operators, national accounts, independent foodservice customers, and convenience retailers across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories, through a portfolio of businesses including Campbells, Superior Food Services, Sealanes, and others.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high executive exposure. You will set the strategic direction for FS&C supply chain, own the investment case for network and operational change, and act as the senior supply chain partner for key accounts and FS&C commercial leadership. If you thrive at the intersection of supply chain strategy, commercial partnership, and transformation delivery, this role was built for you.

In this Role

  • Own and lead FS&C supply chain strategy and network design nationally — setting the transformation vision across a multi-brand, multi-category, multi-channel portfolio
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated supply chain solutions
  • Own escalation pathways and outcomes for key accounts
  • Drive large-scale supply chain projects and transformation initiatives
  • Build and own supply chain investment cases for FS&C, applying commercial judgement to balance cost-to-serve, ROI, and long-term value creation
  • Monitor performance and optimise supply chain outcomes through data insights
  • Lead account management cadence and stakeholder engagement
  • Represent FS&C in enterprise-wide supply chain forums

What are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders across commercial, operations, and finance
  • Strong supply chain design expertise (DC flow, transport, network, inventory) ideally in foodservice, wholesale, convenience, or another high-complexity multi-customer environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning key account relationships and managing senior escalations — you're as comfortable in a customer boardroom as a supply chain forum
  • Commercial acumen and experience building investment cases that drive executive decisions
  • Experience delivering optimisation and transformation programs end-to-end, from business case through to embedding
  • Experience managing complex 3PL, supplier, and route-to-market environments
  • Strong analytical capability, including data/BI tools and scenario modelling
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a genuine customer and service orientation
