Supply Chain Manager Czech Republic and Slovakia (Maternity Leave Cover)

The Supply Chain Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes within the region. This role involves managing local demand planning, purchase orders, material master data, logistics, and order fulfillment. The Supply Chain Manager will also actively participate in integrated planning and the S&OP process, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Systematically review and adjust the local demand plan for both short-term and long-term horizons (up to 36 months);
  • Ensure all relevant planning data are timely and properly uploaded into corresponding ERP systems by maintaining data in Delta Master LSDP and APO;
  • Define DC split factors in Delta Master (if applicable);
  • Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions, monitoring their fulfillment within the CS supply network and third-party suppliers;
  • Coordinate and settle matters with Order Management, Regional Supply Managers, production sites, and third-party suppliers;
  • Manage all activities related to product labels and artworks availability, including the initiation and coordination of new and amended label artworks for all articles in the portfolio;
  • Ensure high-quality material master data across the company, guaranteeing that required global rules and standards are established in agreement with respective business managers and global process owners;
  • Plan transportation and returns to end-customers, manage Customer to Customer product swaps, and oversee BBO management;
  • Optimize country-specific finished goods inventory, minimize slow movers and write-offs, improve FCA, and balance flexibility and capital efficiency according to targets set for each country;
  • Oversee the return and Customer to Customer transfer process (if applicable);
  • Actively participate in a cross-functional and cross-businesses Country S&OP process, translating sales forecasts into an integrated commercial-financial demand and supply plan;
  • Responsible for replenishment planning between Distribution Centers, inter-company business purchasing, and tolling activities (if applicable);
  • Support product launches, product allocations, and manage product positioning at the distribution level in collaboration with Marketing and Sales;
  • Interact with Customer Service to prioritize product availability for backlog orders and follow up on finished goods and PS-related complaints.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Logistics, or equivalent experience;
  • Sufficient knowledge of processes and IT systems associated with supply chain functions (SAP/APO knowledge preferred);
  • Strong interpersonal skills essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business affecting the forecast process;
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and result-oriented person;
  • Fluency in local language and English required.
