
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to support our development teams and manufacturing partners in the industrialization and management of robust, cost-optimized direct material supply chains. This could include specific parts related to production of our vehicles in Tesla factories, Tesla Energy, batteries, and/or any other components intrinsic to the successful running of the organization. This role is a member of the Supply Chain Organization reporting to the Supply Chain Group Manager and will be a resource supporting our various Engineering and Global Supply Management groups within Tesla. The job involves communicating well with internal and external teams, traveling to suppliers in different regions, and on-the-spot critical decision making. The Supply Chain Manager builds and manages strong working relationships with key suppliers and ensures implementation of strategies to provide Tesla with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance. Tesla is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with materials, production, and/or supply chain expertise.

Expected Compensation
$104,000 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
