Supply Chain Manager China & Global CR/FPS Equipment and PCB

As Supply Chain Manager China & Global CR/FPS Equipment and PCB, you will be responsible for implementing a strong Supply Chain team covering all businesses in China in addition to carving out Supply Chain activities currently performed in Wuxi and transferring them to Shanghai. The key purpose of the role will be to implement an organization, processes and systems to deliver on our ambition to be a reliable, competitive, and qualitative supplier for the Chinese market, as well as for FPS Equipment/CR and PCB globally. In addition to this, you will focus on delivering the strategic objectives of Agfa related to cash flow and cost for those product lines globally and for the Customer Operations cost scope in China.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Manage the S&OP for CR/FPS Equipment and PCB at a global level with the target to support the growth of PCB and manage the decline of CR/FPS equipment supporting EBITDA targets;
  • Manage internal and external supplier performance and define improvement plans (Wuxi, YT, SB). 30% travel to those locations will be required. Monitor the execution of the agreed actions during the Exec. S&OP;
  • Manage the logistics function in China for Film&Chemicals, including shipping from confectioners to customers directly and as a phase 2 set-up of a bonded warehouse for PCB and plates;
  • Manage the decline of hardcopy in China by closely monitoring market changes, ensuring to have an aligned and realistic forecast with the commercial team, flagging risks and immediately adjusting supply plans. Targets: Forecast accuracy, Service/OTIF, inventory, slowmo, provisions, headcount, freight;
  • Manage the global decline of CR/FPS Equipment, ensuring to have an aligned and realistic forecast, flagging risks and adjusting supply plans in close collaboration with Wuxi and PBG considering the total financial impact. Targets: Forecast accuracy, Service/OTIF, inventory, slowmo, provisions, production cost. Coordinate last time buy proposals and get sign-off from BU President and Controller;
  • Lead in the Exec. S&OP meetings for PCB and CR/FPS Equipment incl. follow-up of actions.

Profile:

  • You have a master degree in supply chain, finance or economics and min. 10 years of relevant experience in an international environment with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior role
  • You have strong supply chain expertise and a proven track record in all subfunctions: S&OP, planning, logistics, order management
  • You show a good understanding and collaboration with commercial, product management, finance, procurement, plants and suppliers.
  • Strong capability to understand the end to end supply chain and impacts across the chain
  • You have strong negotiator and problem solving skills with external suppliers and plants and Procurement;
  • You have demonstrated influencing skills with commercial and product management teams understanding and supporting cross functional objectives.
  • You are capable to show trade-off impacts across the chain
  • You take end-to-end ownership in your field of responsibilities
  • TOEFL test > 95% or excellent command of English (spoken and written)
