
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Supply Chain to support our Aerospace business by developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement activities, production planning, and SIOP management and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and aerospace industry requirements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across the United States and global locations to ensure an efficient, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment.
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment across functions.
Collaborate regularly with stakeholders and teams located in the United States and other global regions to support business objectives and drive operational performance.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to boost productivity and effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance and foster professional growth.
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain leadership roles, including prior supervisory experience.
Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to attract, develop and retain an outstanding team of performers; ability to get the job done through others.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Salary range from 16,000 to 25,000 PLN gross – depending on experience.
