Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CA

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 4 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $42/$48 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role

Serve as Supply Chain Manager supporting the Plan-to-Stock (PTS) organization of a big biopharma leader. Drive key business readiness activities related to change controls, controlled document revisions, change management, and training. Collaborate cross-functionally with process owners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Plan-to-Stock (PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure, ensuring completion on schedule
• Maintain and update the Change Control tracker, monitoring status and escalating risks or delays
• Coordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS by drafting, updating, and routing SOPs, WIs, and GDEs for review and approval
• Track and facilitate progress of document revisions and ensure thorough follow-up through approval
• Manage PTS Change Management activities, maintaining change plans and coordinating cross-PTS engagement
• Prepare stakeholder communications, organize meetings and engagement events, and ensure timely completion of actions
• Track PTS training deliverables, coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, and help keep training on schedule
• Provide operational backup for Change Control, Change Management, document revision, and training coordination as needed to maintain workflow continuity

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environment
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Track and manage Change Controls and Change Management plans, engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
• Draft, revise, and route controlled documents, following up with SMEs, document owners, and reviewers
• Monitor and coordinate training activities, consolidating feedback and tracking completion
• Provide operational backup on PTS priorities as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
