Responsibilities
Supplier Management
• Align supplier selection with global supply strategy and approved supplier list.
• Manage key suppliers and outsource partners across performance, cost, capacity, transfers and launches.
• Establish and manage sourcing contracts and supply agreements covering capacity, cost, service levels and commercial requirements.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs and improvement actions.
• Ensure supplier capacity and forecasts support business requirements, including end-of-life planning.
• Manage DDMRP, Kanban and safety stock programs, including ERP setup, replenishment parameters, forecasts and supplier performance.
• Resolve supply and delivery issues while mitigating commercial and supply risks.
Supply Chain Project Management
• Lead supply chain improvement and optimization projects across the organization.
• Drive resolution of complex supply chain issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
• Support NPI and product transfers by coordinating sourcing, material requirements, PO tracking and supply readiness.
• Coordinate ECO impact assessment and implementation across the supply chain.
• Develop mitigation plans for capacity, material, lead-time and supply risks, including safety stock, VMI and Kanban.
• Drive supplier cost reduction and value-chain optimization initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, commodity management, strategic sourcing, NPI or a related function.
• Experience in a contract manufacturing or high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment or relevance.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation and supply planning.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and supply chain solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with suppliers, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems; SAP and Teamcenter preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office preferred
We are a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment. Our product offerings include gas and chemical delivery systems and subsystems, collectively known as fluid delivery systems and subsystems, which are key elements of the process tools used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. Our gas delivery subsystems deliver, monitor, and control precise quantities of the specialized gases used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etch and deposition. Our chemical delivery systems and subsystems precisely blend and dispense the reactive liquid chemistries used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as chemical-mechanical planarization, electroplating, and cleaning. We also provide precision-machined components, weldments, e‑beam and laser-welded components, precision vacuum and hydrogen brazing and surface treatment technologies, and other proprietary products. This vertically integrated portion of our business is primarily focused on metal and plastic parts that are used in gas and chemical systems, respectively.

Ichor is headquartered in Fremont, California, and we have production facilities in California, Oregon, Texas, Nevada, Minnesota, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Mexico, and the UK, staffed by our 2000+ team members.
