Supply Chain Manager
- Salary: PLN 10,000 – 14,000 gross + annual bonus (15–25%) + benefits package

About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day supply chain and operational activities supporting its Quality Control Centre (QCC) and network of company-owned and franchise restaurants.
This is a hands-on management role covering procurement, supplier management, production planning, inventory, logistics and distribution, as well as day-to-day coordination with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring that the QCC operates efficiently and that restaurants receive the right products, in the right quantity and at the right time, while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day supply chain operations of the QCC, including production, inventory, procurement, and distribution.
- Manage the supply of pizza dough, sauces, and other key ingredients and products to company-owned and franchise restaurants.
- Manage ordering processes from restaurants and ensure demand is accurately translated into production and supply requirements.
- Supervise logistics operations, including delivery planning, transport coordination, distribution, and relationships with external logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery performance, stock availability, and OTIF (On Time In Full) performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock availability while minimising waste, shortages, and unnecessary working capital.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other products.
- Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers, including participation in supplier quality audits.
- Coordinate and approve incoming deliveries of raw materials and ingredients in cooperation with HQ and relevant quality teams.
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers, franchisees, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with franchisees to understand supply requirements, resolve delivery and quality issues, and ensure continuity of supply.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments from franchisees, including payment follow-up and agreed payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP, and the company's corporate food safety and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise operational processes.
- Lead and develop the QCC and supply chain team, ensuring clear responsibilities, performance standards, and effective day-to-day coordination.
- Prepare and report operational KPIs, including service levels, quality, costs, inventory, productivity, and OTIF performance, to senior management and relevant international stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics.
About you
- 4–6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or production management, ideally within the food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or food service sector.
- Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Practical experience overseeing logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, BRC, IFS, and/or ISO 22000
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple suppliers, franchisees, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and/or WMS systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A valid Category B driving licence
- Flexibility to work around operational requirements, with production running 5–6 days per week.
- Good English communication skills for working with international stakeholders.
Desirable experience
- Experience within a franchise, restaurant, food service, or multi-site retail environment
- Knowledge of pizza dough, bakery production, fermented products, or other food manufacturing processes.
- Experience implementing Lean, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies in a food production environment.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport partners.
- Experience working with international supply chains or multi-country operations.
- Internal auditor certification in food safety or quality management systems.
- German language skills would be an advantage when working with our franchise operations in Germany and international stakeholders, but are not required
