To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Management, this role will be in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic. The role involves responsibilities for Ensuring reports are created using a variety of tools and methods.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
  • Checks materials related to data research.
  • Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
  • Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
  • Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
  • Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
  • Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in similar position.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Intermediate English spoken and written.
  • Customer management experience.
