KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Demand planning:lead S&OP (Sale & Operation Process) to optimize inventory
Liaise with local Sales team & marketing team to consolidate monthly sales forecast, promotion campaign, conduct forecast Analysis to run monthly S&OP meeting
Control stock level at local warehouses (North-South-Production) & oversea HUB warehouse to ensure no out of stock and not over stock.
Manage replenishment forecast, order processing, SKU delisted, new launching, new packing, … with brand companies
2. Warehousing & Distribution:
Take full responsibility in whole VN to Ensures that the logistic team constantly optimize the transport costs and on time delivery, responsible of analyzing all costs and ensures that the annual saving budget is met
Manage logistics vendor to ensure the best service to customers, track & trace of each product imported & distributed to local market
Standardize warehouse process to ensure all item are follow up and solve, product is stored in standard condition
Monthly & Quarterly stock counts, FG destruction, factory visits, ensuring proper documentation & procedures in place for internal control & internal audit
3. Importation & new product register:
Organize and manage the goods imported and discharged in accordance with the regulations of the company and customs Law to ensure on-time arrival of raw material, smooth customs clearance to avoid demurrage fees and/or delay of delivery via understanding the local import practices, coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g. Custom) as well as purchase price strategies
Lead price strategies for price consultation at importation as well as customs audit. Control tax stamp usage on each product.
Make sure the goods to be in accordance with the state regulations regarding sub-label labels and quality announcement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
University graduate, knowledgeable of storage, transportation, import and export, quality control
Fluent in English
Proficiency in office computer skills
